In this workshop, you will learn the art and science of project management that will transform the way you manage your projects. You will learn simple and practical strategies, tools and techniques to increase the success rates of projects you are managing.

This workshop is for those
- who is doing the work of a project manager but has not been trained to do so
- who is managing a team of people working on a common assignment but they are not their staff
- who have an upcoming assignment and need to work with a team of people to accomplish it
- who are tired of finding excuses why the projects you are involved in cannot be completed successfully

Certificate of Completion
A Certificate of Completion will be awarded by the Facilitators Network Singapore (FNS) for those who fulfill the requirements of the workshop.

CBI and Facilitators Network Singapore (FNS) signed a partnership agreement to promote and develop the facilitation skill of Myanmar people. FNS is a private company limited registered in Singapore and affiliated with the International Institute for Facilitation (INIFAC). It organizes regular learning and development activities for a local and regional network of facilitation. According to the agreement, CBI conducted SPOT facilitation workshops in Myanmar 11 times since 2014. The founders, Senior facilitators of FNS and FNS's certified SPOT trainers conducted the workshops.
